As MSP we manage skills testing, training, inductions, H&S, on-site management through to grievance and disciplinary issues. Diamond offers the food industry in Northern Ireland a one stop shop for all their recruitment needs by acting as their Managed Service Provider for all permanent and temporary staffing requirements. As MSP Diamond would first endeavour to fill all roles directly themselves within an agreed time period. Should Diamond fail to fill the role directly, which is rarely the case, they would then circulate it to other approved providers to be filled under DRG’s management. DRG offers an extremely competitive fixed rate for the placement of all permanent staff within the food industry regardless of which agency fills the role. We also guarantee to be the most competitive when it comes to providing temporary agency workers/solutions. DRG currently supply and manage a number of temporary workforces within the food and engineering industries across Northern Ireland ranging from 10 to 700 people in size.
