NPD Manager

Acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of our client, a large food organisation, we are currently recruiting for a highly motivated NPD Manager.

The Person
•    The successful candidate must be qualified in a food related discipline
•    Have at least 2 years experience working either as Manager or 3 years as NPD Assistant Manager
•    Have experience dealing with all levels of clients within food retail
•    Extensive experience implementing procedures and policies
•    Experience of coordinating shelf life, microbiological, nutritional and sensory testing
•    Day to day management within an NPD function
•    Experience of contributing to successful launch of new products
•    Experience of leading and managing staff
•    Have a flexible work ethic

Salary & Benefits
This is a senior position with a negotiable package depending on experience.
