Estimator

Experienced Estimator required for NI market leader in building and civil engineering. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an Estimator / QS with and HND / Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying to further their career and gain experience in a range of high value construction projects (£100K plus). 

Reporting to the Senior Estimator, duties will include:

• Preparing and sending out enquiries.
  Taking off quantities and preparing basic bills of quantities.
  Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  Working with a computerised estimating system.
  Assisting the Senior Estimator in pricing projects.
  Assisting with the preparation of quality submissions.
  

Salary up to £32K depending on experience.
