Experienced Contracts Manager from strong civils (roads) background required for large contractor close to mid Ulster area.

This is an eciting position within an progressive and expanding company. 

Duties will include: 

Managing teams working on civil engineering and road surfacing contracts 
Ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a professional manner
Managing the pricing and tendering processes
Engaging and financially managing sub-contractors
Agreeing final accounts and managing contract costs
Liaising with our high-profile client base

The ideal candidate will meet the follwoing criteria:

• Hold a diploma/degree in civil engineering or a construction-related discipline
  Have extensive knowledge of specifications for Highway/Roadworks and ICE/ICI Conditions of Contract
  Have a broad understanding of the activities associated with tendering, planning, managing and delivering highway surfacing projects
• Excellent PC literacy and full clean driving licence are essential for this position.

Highly competitive salary on offer (£35-£45K depending on experience).
