Well experienced Architectural Technician required for renowned Belfast based practice. 

• Candidates should hold a third level degree / diploma in Architectural Technology or Construction related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the preparation of planning applications, tender documents, building control, H&S issues, site inspections, etc. 
• Excellent AutoCAD ability essential.
• MBIAT / MCIAT desirable. 
• Projects will include multimillion pound commercial, educational and healthcare buildings. 
• Highly competitive package on offer (up to £30K depending on experience) plus benefits.
