Experienced Land professional required to join the lands team within a top NI consultancy. 

Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of GCSE Level (C + grade in Maths, Geography and English). 

You should be able to demonstrate a strong interest in geography, mapping and social science. 

This role will involve producing documents – including land ownership plans, vesting orders and CPOs – that are key to the progress of a project.

Reporting to the Referencing Manager, you can expect to liaise with property owners and occupiers, as well as with local authorities.

You should have experience in a simliar position. 

Salary up to £20K depending on experience plus excellent training and benefits.
