Candidates should be educated to HND or Degree level in a Construction related discipline and have at least 3 years experience in a similar role. Experience in commercial, residential and educational projects desirable.  You will be confident in the preparation of planning applications, elevation drawings and possess excellent AutoCAD ability.  A keen eye for detail is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.  This role requires a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
