Due to significant expansion within the NI construction market, my client is now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to fulfill a management role within their Belfast office. 

Candidates should hold a third level degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management. 

You should have several years experience at a senior level within a PQS environment and have stong knowledge of large scale commercial, residential and industrial works. 

Also, experience in public sector work would be advantageous. 

Salary up to £40K depending on qualifications.
